Approve water service applications for the following:

1. Facilities Agreement (FA) 2720, North Clark Tunnel Road EVA, Placer County, 0.0 Units of Capacity (UOC); and
2. FA 2772, Whitney Ranch Chevron, Rocklin, 10.5 UOC.

This report includes applications for water service for the August 5, 2021, Board meeting and includes applications received as of July 22, 2021. Applications received after July 22, 2021, will be on the August 19, 2021, Board agenda.

UPPER UNTREATED WATER SYSTEM:

Staff has approved connections totaling 1.0 summer miner's inch and 0.5 winter miner's inch, which are equivalent to 13.6 acre-feet (AF) of new untreated water commitment.

There is no reduction of previously authorized untreated water commitment.

The net change in untreated water commitment is an increase of 13.6 AF. The remaining supply is 13,739.9 AF.

LOWER UNTREATED WATER SYSTEM:

Staff has approved connections totaling 7.0 summer miner's inches and 3.0 winter miner's inches, which are equivalent to 90.5 AF of new untreated water commitment.

There is no reduction of previously authorized untreated water commitment.

The net change in untreated water commitment is an increase of 90.5 AF. The remaining supply is 22,110.1 AF. 

LOWER TREATED WATER SYSTEM - FOOTHILL, SUNSET, OPHIR:

There are two FA's in the amount of 10.5 UOC for Board consideration. Staff has approved three infill connections in the amount of 4.7 UOC.

There is one customer discontinuance for a reduction of 1.0 UOC in previously authorized treated water commitment.

The net change in treated water commitment is an increase of 14.2 UOC. The remaining supply pending Board approval is 3,636.6 UOC.
