| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND: | | On March 4, 2021, the Agency entered into an agreement with Plante Moran to assist with the selection process of replacing our current Enterprise Resource Planning System. The selection process consists of four major phases, including discovery, preparing and releasing a formal Request for Proposal, analyzing the vendor submissions, and final selection. Staff will provide a presentation to update the Board on the status of this project. |
